New Life

You walked into my life, like the wind through the trees.
You immediately became my light at the end of my tunnel. A reason to keep going, the person to talk to and the one to talk back.
You showed me a new life, a life of happiness, the days without you seems like years without necessities.
You keep me going, the twinkle in my eyes, and the joy in my voice.
When death is facing me, I don’t want to lose you, I pray to God for life to go on, life with you and none other.
It’s all I can do to say I love you, but you will always know I do.
